They've got that same creamy, melt-in-the-mouth, smack the lips thing going on as a milkybar, but without any of the post-chocolate guilt. Nutritious and delicious, not to mention oh so easy to make.
You will need:
A handful of raspberries (works best if they're already frozen)
A tub of your favourite low-fat vanilla yoghurt
An icecube tray
A freezer
Pop a raspberry in each square of your icecube tray
Pour over your vanilla yoghurt
Use a knife to smooth it over and make sure the yoghurt gets into each and every corner
Whack it in the freezer for 2-3hrs
Pop out your raspberry yogs and demolish. Mnommnommnom.
I went for raspberries and vanilla yoghurt but there are tons of fruit/yoghurt flavour combinations out there waiting to be discovered and devoured. All weird and wonderful suggestions welcome.
Aw,wonderful recipe.*__*
